Our Process
Analyze : It’s Not All About Crunching Numbers
We can’t start mutating until we understand everything about you and your brand. Whether it’s your history, your target audience, your competitors or your markets, all these things have an effect on the eventual marketing and advertising strategy. So, we dive head first into the research—primary and secondary—to assure we’ve got a grasp for everything that involves you. We want to end up knowing more about your brand than you know about it yourself.
Once the process is complete, analysis comes in the form of results: Did we achieve our goals? Which executions were most effective? Which were least effective? Was there enough digital media driving the strategy, or not enough? Thorough analysis like this helps us refine your next strategy and campaign.
Strategize : We Save the Darts for the Barroom
We’re not just sitting here throwing darts at a board of sticky notes (though that works for some agencies). After we’ve performed an exhaustive analysis of your brand, we identify the problems that exist, determine solutions to those problems, and set goals for those solutions. That in itself is the core of a good strategy—and a good strategy does everything but guarantee a successful mutation.
Plan : We’re Not a Fly-by-the-Seat-of-Our-Pants Kind of Agency
Evolution takes time. Planning a mutation carefully is essential to getting it right. Once we’ve got the strategy behind what we want to do, we figure out when, and where, to do it. We look at all the various mediums and distribution channels relevant to the strategy we’ve developed for you, and create a plan that encompasses the best mix to make our messages most effective.
Execute : It All Comes Down to This
This is where the real fun begins. Our creative team drafts up and executes ideas to fit the strategy and plan that’s been put in place. The copy is meticulously crafted through all channels—conventional, digital and social—to create a consistent message that cannot be misinterpreted. Design is thoughtfully created to establish a cohesive look across any medium, so there can be no mistaking who or what is delivering the message. With successful executions in place, the brand will mutate in the eyes of the target audience: from a traditional to a next-generation entity.
