Donovan Cronkhite, a ten year veteran of RjM, has been named partner and promoted to Chief Operating Officer, CEO Robert Michaels announced today.
In the past decade, Cronkhite has been an integral part of the growth and change of the agency from primarily print based media to integrated solutions. Starting as a web developer and progressing to Vice President, he oversaw the digital department as it grew to deliver over fifty full websites a year for clients across the eastern United States and diversified into digital marketing, email marketing and social media while retaining the core marketing and advertising services. As Vice President, he oversaw the rebranding of the agency from RJ Michaels, Inc. to RjM and the "Mutate or Die" philosophy.
As COO, Cronkhite will be responsible for maintaining the quality of creative work that RjM has become known for over the years. He will also pursue new opportunities to grow clients' business as technology continues to change how advertising and marketing reach customers. Cronkhite will also be responsible for internal operations and communications.
